The masterclass will cover the following topics:

What is a Project?

We’ll explore how a project is defined, what a project is & what it isn’t, and discuss the duration and costs of different types of projects, both corporate and otherwise.

The Project Lifecycle

We discuss the different phases of the project lifecycle, and dive into the components of each of the 5 stages from initiation to project close.

Project Constraints

Every project has 4 main constraints. In this section, we’ll explore those constraints through the lens of what is known in Project Management as, The Trinity.

What is Project Management?

We’ll look at the key components of Project Management and how the role is defined, as well as discuss some of the expectations of a PM.

PM Skills & Responsibilities

We’ll explore the mix of both soft & hard skills that are common amongst Project Managers, and discuss day-to-day responsibilities as a PM.
