Citizens Advice Manchester is a charity which provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice. Imagine being able to help and provide support to those clients when things have gone wrong or when they have been treated unfairly as a consumer. This can include problems with: credit and store cards, faulty goods, counterfeit goods, poor service, contracts, builders, rogue traders etc. In the last year alone the Consumer Advice service helped consumers save £124 million pounds and supported 11,338 vulnerable energy clients with referrals to the Extra Help Unit!

Applicants need to be comfortable working in a target driven environment and have a desire to help people. You might be just the person we’re looking for if you have:
– Experience delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre or customer service environment
– A professional manner with good communication skills and the ability to deal confidently and sensitively with members of the public over the phone

– Full-time working week of 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday and no shifts!)
