What will the apprentice be doing?

To carry out all tasks to a high standard and strict deadlines using spreadsheets or database applications, accounting or administrative systems in accordance with Applocum company procedures.

• Collection, filtering, and authorisation of weekly timesheets
• Processing and reconciling timesheets on Tips / Sales invoices and Purchase invoices on Sage (Maxipay and Exceed as necessary)
• Processing of payments received, and monies authorized to pay out
• Reconciliation of bank statements, identifying and correcting errors, and arranging transfers between accounts as required.
• To conduct credit control tasks, in line with AppLocum’s collection policy
• To assist with a range of office, administrative, and ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required
• To assist with month-end management accounts and financial year-end procedures
• MER reconciliation for invoice financing facility

Level 4 Data Analysis Apprenticeship, awarded by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education.
