Opportunity with JD Group as a IT/Admin Support Assistant.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Word process routine correspondence eg. agendas, emails, lists, spreadsheets, etc.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, calendars and bookings as required.
- Monitor and maintain of all IT Support administrative systems within required deadlines.
- Deal with routine enquiries from numerous areas of the business either by person or telephone.
- Communicate effectively with the IT Support management team.
- Collate and chase tasks required from the IT Support management team.
- Collate information for management to perform tasks.
- Photocopy, print, shred and distribute documents as required.
- Assist in producing process documents, presentations, and templates.
- Update tickets within the ITSM tool.
- Evaluating reports and highlighting information to the IT Support management team
- Liaising with stores to gather updates
- Manage their own IT support tickets within the queue (where the work is admin based)
- Managing the service desk calendar
- Manage minutes and actions across the IT Support team

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PC literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
